To celebrate its 50th anniversary, The Beatle’s Yellow Submarine is returning to cinemas across the UK for a special one-day revival! George Dunning’s exuberant hit (featuring groundbreaking animation by visionary art director Heinz Edelmann) can now be seen in vibrantly remastered 4K. The music-loving inhabitants of Pepperland are under siege from nasty music-hating creatures Blue Meanies. The Lord Mayor of Pepperland (Dick Emery) dispatches sailor Old Fred (Lance Percival) to Liverpool, where he must recruit the Beatles (John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr). Riding a yellow submarine to the rescue, the Fab Four are armed only with the power of their groovy tunes.
