Cast: Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Ezra Miller, Zoë Kravitz, Jude Law, Johnny Depp

Eddie Redmayne leads an all-star cast including Jude Law, Johnny Depp, Katherine Waterston and Zoë Kravitz in David Yates’s richly satisfying return to the Harry Potter prequel universe. At the end of the first film, powerful dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Depp) was captured with the help of Newt Scamander (Redmayne). But, making good on his threat, he escaped custody and is gathering followers to try and enforce the violent rule of wizards and witches over all non-magical beings. Trying to thwart these dastardly plans, a young Albus Dumbledore (Law) enlists his former student Scamander, but finds they are ill-equipped to deal with the dangers that lie ahead.
