Cast | Melissa McCarthy, Allison Janney, Rose Byrne, Jason Statham, Jude Law, Miranda Hart
The very funny, very likeable Melissa McCarthy reunites with her Bridesmaids’ and The Heat director Paul Feig in the uproariously funny, deliriously entertaining Spy. She’s CIA analyst Susan, who’s spent her entire career behind a desk supporting dashing agent Bradley (Jude Law). But when he’s taken out of play by Bulgarian arms dealer Rayna Boyanov (Rose Byrne), Susan wangles her way into her first undercover assignment – to capture Boyanov and avenge Bradley. Also starring Allison Janney, Jason Statham and Miranda Hart, the joyously funny Spy spoofs espionage thriller tropes to a tee, giving McCarthy her best comedic showcase yet.
